By forming an architectural edge in terms of urban development along Breitenfurter Straße, the campus provides welcome noise protection for the future residential housing projects behind it while creating at the same time a striking cubic structure towards the street space. The shape of the building clearly signals its function as a special public building. In line with the urban development concept, the facades, especially in the east and west, are designed in a differentiated manner. Clear axial visual connections facilitate orientation within the storeys.
