Two building blocks were linked to each other by means of a transparent corridor, through which daylight can enter from the south-west-facing courtyard façade and flow through to the side facing the street. At the corner tower green plant cubes additionally liven up the situation with their plasticity, an effect that is enhanced by the transparent corridor.
The successful mixture of this quarter’s microcosm is met by the versatile way in which the apartments were conceived, making it possible to use them in many different ways. In the “studio tower” situated at the corner of the complex, studio-style small apartments are located. The larger apartments with three or four rooms are structured in such a way that it is possible to have an extra office or studio room with separate access from to the entrance to the apartment.
