With regard to the use of the hotel as a meeting venue and seminar hotel, particular attention was paid to the development of a consistent, clear-cut conceptual design, which enables the guest to find his/her way around easily and without help. Easy orientation, combined with a reduced choice of materials form the basis of this concept. As a semi-transparent element in the style of the “mashrabiyas”, the traditional carved wood latticework of the Middle East, a recognizable pattern forms a recurrent theme throughout the house. The colors are based on warm yellow, orange and red tones.
