Based on experiences made in several German outlets, for instance in Berlin, Cuxhaven, Wolfsburg and Munich,  the Italian coffee shop concept was enlarged by adding a centrally located kitchen and pastry shop together with a pub and a restaurant focussing on quality wines on the first floor. Thus it was possible to create a symbiosis between the floors and their different uses.
